Come join our team! As a school bus monitor, you will assist the driver with the safe management of students onboard the vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Assist students as they enter and exit the vehicle
- Perform safety checks
- Lead emergency evacuations
- Communicate behavior issues with parents and management
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Good verbal communication skills
- At least 19 years old
- Ability to work with people in a positive manner and manage student behavior in a non-confrontational way
- Subject to a background check, drug screen, and physical performance test
- Ability to handle vehicle and student emergencies in a calm, appropriate manner
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule
