Pay
- Very Competitive Pay: $24.75–$28.75 per hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements
- $2,500 sign-on bonus for applicants who successfully complete company-provided CDL training
- Opportunity to earn up to an extra $150 per month in incentives, paid out every two weeks
- $250 training bonus (terms and conditions apply)
Sign-on bonuses are available to new hires only who are hired between February 1, 2026 and September 30th, 2026. Bonus eligibility periods begin after all required training has been successfully completed. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, and additional terms may apply.
Schedule
- Part-time employment (20–30 hours per week)
- Day shift – no nights or weekends required
- Split schedule with guaranteed 4 hours per day
- Consistent schedule with steady income
- Summer work available
- Applicants must be able to work Monday–Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for Coatesville, Downingtown, or Kennett Square
Responsibilities
- Drive school bus routes in Coatesville, Downingtown, Twin Valley, and surrounding areas
- Transport students safely and reliably
Requirements
- No experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
