About the role
We are seeking School Bus Drivers responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and related events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections
- Adhere to routes and traffic regulations
- Manage student behavior
- Assist students with boarding and crossing
- Maintain bus cleanliness
- Provide emergency assistance
- Communicate with parents and staff
- Complete incident reports
Requirements
- Be over 21 (or age specified by state)
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Pass background checks
- Possess physical health, stamina, good vision, and hearing
Physical requirements
- Quick boarding and exiting of the bus
- Ability to carry weight
- Operate bus controls efficiently
