School Bus Driver

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Earn an $8,000 Sign-On Bonus! No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. Hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $36.05/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
• Part-time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card — or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
