School Bus Driver
About the role
Krapf School Bus is seeking Drivers to join the team in the York area, servicing Eastern York School District students. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity with no experience required — paid training is provided to obtain your Commercial Driver License, plus bonus incentives. The role offers a consistent part-time schedule with steady income, ideal for ride-share drivers, gig workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or college students. Drivers may bring their children to work.
Responsibilities
- Transport students on assigned routes for Eastern York School District
- Operate a school bus on a split schedule (morning and afternoon runs)
- Sign up for additional hours as available: sports trips, field trips, extended/summer programs
- Complete paid training to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year
- Ability to pass a background check
- No prior experience required — paid CDL training provided
Schedule
- Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
- Split schedule (morning and afternoon)
- 9.5 months per year / 38 weeks (summer work available)
- Opportunities to sign up for extra hours (sports, trips, extended/summer programs)
Pay
Very competitive pay: $84.00–$109.00 per day.
