School Bus Driver

About the role

Give children a head start! This position is set to begin on July 27th. Work scheduled for 36 - 40 Hours a Week.

Responsibilities

• Transports children to and from school and other activities, as needed.
• In between routes, remains in the classroom and supports the classroom team with various duties.

Requirements

• Colorado Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) class B or C with school bus and passenger endorsement prior to date of employment.
• Acceptable driving record based on Motor Vehicle Report prior to employment.
• Knowledge of mechanical operation of a vehicle to include daily maintenance checks.
• Able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have current First Aid and CPR certifications within 90-days of employment.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and if using a personal vehicle must maintain minimum liability insurance as determined by the State of Colorado.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in driving a school bus and working with pre-school age or elementary school age children.

Pay

$22.00/hr.
