About the role

The School Behavioral Health (BH) Coordinator works as both part of the clinical team and as part of the school team to coordinate the provision of services by the telehealth provider. This position facilitates screening assessments, referral management, family contact, and telehealth equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or related degree
• One year post-graduate professional social work experience preferred
• MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently
• Positive, professional collaboration with medical professionals
