School Behavior Intervention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Complete functional analyses and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Model and train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Facilitate staff and family training sessions and special projects.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (Masters, Doctorate) in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Specialized training, license, certification, and skills: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience, specifically in working with people with developmental disabilities and children in an educational setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with teams and provide consultation.
• Strong clinical background and ability to implement behavior intervention plans.
