Responsibilities
- Complete functional analyses and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Model and train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Facilitate staff and family training sessions and special projects.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (Masters, Doctorate) in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Specialized training, license, certification, and skills: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
- At least 1 year of job-related experience, specifically in working with people with developmental disabilities and children in an educational setting.

- Ability to work well with teams and provide consultation.
- Strong clinical background and ability to implement behavior intervention plans.
