School-Based Therapist - LE or L

About the role

Provide individual and family therapy to students within the school setting. Offer consultation and support to school staff regarding behavioral health. This position allows for flexible time off coordinating with the school schedule and provides the opportunity for meaningful, hands-on work alongside community partners.

Schedule

Full-Time, Exempt, Monday-Friday

Pay

$55,000 - $57,000 (Licensed Eligible) / $60,000 - $70,000 (Licensed) – commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia or LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Two years of experience working with youth
