About the role
LivWell Behavioral is hiring an associate-level therapist to provide therapy to children and adolescents in school-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17)
- Manage a caseload with support from a Clinical Director and supervisor
- Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Build experience with diagnosis and clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with families, schools, and internal teams
- Maintain documentation and track client progress
Requirements
- Associate-level license required (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LASAC)
- Master's degree in behavioral health
- Experience (or interest) in working with children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Full licensure is expected to be achieved through this position
