About the role
Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting. Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement and monitor therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Keep records of assessments and treatment plans
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in your state
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
