Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students in a school setting
• Assess communication needs and write meaningful IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Learn from experienced mentors and receive guided supervision

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or in-process) Delaware SLP license
• Passion for helping children thrive
• School experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

$44.25 – $47.70 per hour (based on 8‑hour shifts and 37.5 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined)

Schedule

37.5 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts
