School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - $60 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract position in Wilmington, Delaware.

We’re partnering with a school in Wilmington, Delaware to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll assess students, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide engaging therapy in an inclusive learning environment. Whether you’re a seasoned school-based SLP or just getting started, SHC provides the tools and support to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Provide engaging and effective speech-language therapy in a school setting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or pending) Delaware SLP license
• ASHA Certification
• School experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $55.70 - $60 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 37 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Start Date: ASAP
