School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - $54 per hour

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district to hire passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for contract positions in Texas.

About the role

Ready to help students find their voice? This is a local contract position in Denton, Texas, working directly with students to assess speech and language needs, write meaningful IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide fun, effective therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech and language needs of students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families
• Provide effective and engaging speech therapy
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or in-process) Texas SLP license
• School experience is a plus but not required
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus

Pay

Hourly rate: $50.30 - $54.20 per hour. $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details).

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
