About the role
Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district to hire passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for contract positions in Cypress, Texas. This is an opportunity to work directly with students, assess speech and language needs, write meaningful IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and provide fun, effective therapy.
Responsibilities
- Assess students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement meaningful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and families
- Provide effective and engaging speech-language therapy to students
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or in-process) Texas SLP license
- School experience is preferred but not required
- Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
Pay
Hourly Rate: $48.95 - $52.75 per hour
$3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)
Schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 38 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
