School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - $50 per hour

Supplemental Health Care works with districts nationwide to hire thousands of school professionals every year. Currently, we’re hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school located in Sycamore, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
• Supervise assistants as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Professional Educator License (PEL) from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
• Illinois SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• School experience preferred but not required
• ASHA Certification

Pay

• $45.05 - $49.60 per hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply; ask recruiter for details)

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, days
