School Based Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Details

Location: Monadnock Middle/High School - Swanzey, NH
Schedule: 7:15 AM - 2:30 PM
Setting: School-Based | One-on-One Student Care
Employment Type: Part/Full Time available

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
• Monitor the student's health status and respond to medical needs as they arise.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and the student's care plan.
• Partner with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support the student's health, safety, and success.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that allows your student to fully participate in school.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the past five years.
• Certified in CPR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
