School-Based Registered Behavior Technician

Salary Range

Education Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.
• Licensure with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
• If not certified upon hire, the candidate must complete training and pass the RBT examination to maintain employment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain RBT credential in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Implement client treatment programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately track and record data on client progress.
• Complete daily session notes in a timely manner.
• Graph and analyze client data to demonstrate progress.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in behavioral interventions is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in working with computers and electronic devices is necessary for daily documentation and tasks.
