School-Based Physical Therapist - $69 per hour

Job Description & Requirements

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Springfield, Missouri to hire Physical Therapists. Specialties include Physical Therapy, with a focus on School-Based roles. The position is a 13-week contract at 25 hours per week, with a 5-hour shift, starting ASAP. The salary range is $63.90 - $68.80 per hour, with a $3,000 assignment bonus available (conditions apply).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results.
• Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services.
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals.
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians.
• May be asked to travel between school locations.
• May be asked to supervise assistants.
