About the role
Provides dedicated support to students with special needs in schools across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with personal care
- Follow classroom policies and keep students on task
- Redirect disruptions and ensure safety
- Report changes in student conditions
- Perform basic procedures as delegated
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support children aged 4–21 with disabilities such as autism, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of relevant experience
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: CPR and First Aid certifications
