Mariposa Therapy Services offers school-based therapy positions where therapists can make a meaningful impact. We partner with public and charter schools in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area to provide evidence-based occupational therapy services.

Current School Opportunities

Current hiring is focused on West Valley schools, including Glendale, Avondale, Tolleson, and North & Central Phoenix. Additional opportunities may become available throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area based on district needs and therapist preference.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Experienced School OT: Approximately $88,000 total compensation for full-time in-person positions (includes base salary and full-time in-person campus stipend).
  • New Graduate School OT: Approximately $86,000 total compensation for full-time in-person positions (includes base salary and full-time in-person campus stipend).
  • COTA: Competitive compensation based on experience, assignment, and district placement.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
  • W-2 employment with benefits eligibility, paid sick time, 401(k), CEUs, and therapist support.

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
    • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • AZ OT license (or ability to obtain).
    • AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
    • New graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
    • AZ COTA license (or ability to obtain).
    • AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
    • New graduates encouraged to apply.
