About the role

Provide school-based occupational-therapy services in Albany, OR. Work with students of various ages, collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers, and maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver goal-oriented therapy interventions

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Oregon state license in good standing
• NBCOT Certification
• Ability or license to obtain an educator’s license per district requirements
