An Occupational Therapist is needed to provide school-based services, including evaluations, assessments, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Oregon state license in good standing
• NBCOT Certification
• Educator's License or ability to obtain one per district requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services in a school setting for students of various ages
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement goal-oriented interventions
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and service providers to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
