School-Based Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician

About the role

We have a great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Full Time School-Based MCI Clinician!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a broad range of individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and clinical presentations.
• Participate in the daily operation of MCI, including telephone triage, crisis intervention (evaluation, stabilization, referral, and follow-up).
• Work at City of Newton Public Schools, in the Newton community, and act as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care.
• Receive orientation to MCI, focusing on diagnosis, safety assessment, and resource awareness based on level of care.
• Benefit from clinical supervision and collaboration with licensed senior clinicians.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other related human service field.
• Two years experience in the field of mental health preferred.
• Experience with children and knowledge of the youth system of care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic computer fluency including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Pay

• Unlicensed/LCSW Clinician - $35.69/hour
• Independent Licensure - $38.25/hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
