Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health services in school-based programs in Wadena, MN
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to support client needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • Preferred: Licensed LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW
  • Or enrolled in an accredited graduate program to prepare for independent licensure as a mental health professional and participating in a practicum or internship with the license holder through the individual's graduate program
  • Or completed an accredited graduate program to prepare for independent licensure as a mental health professional and in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in mental health services
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and families
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques
  • Attention to detail

Pay

Competitive salary range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on licensure and experience

Schedule

Full time/40 hours per week/9 months of the year
