Job Summary

About the Role

The LCSW/LICSW/LMHC works within the Behavioral Health Department and interdisciplinary health care staff in a blended primary care/population health model. They also provide social work consultation to other disciplines, including schools and the community. The role may involve facilitating clinical education of social work interns/staff and participating in departmental/Health Center-wide task forces/committees.

Qualifications

  • Education: MSW or MA in MHC/MEd for LMHC applicants
  • Experience: In a medical setting, 0-1 year for Social Worker I, 2-3 years for Social Worker II, 3-5 years for Behavioral Health Counselor I
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Leadership qualities, strong assessment and treatment skills, good organizational skills, effective communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Pay and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $70,990.40 - $101,202.40 annually. Comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, and bonuses are offered.
