Role: School Based Therapist Responsibilities Provide counseling and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families within school settings.Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions.Collaborate with school staff, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences.Support crisis intervention efforts.Promote client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.Engage in ongoing professional development.
