Essential Experience

You must have experience working with young people.

• Excellent communication skills with both adults and young people
• An ability to organize and plan effectively
• An ability to provide inspirational leadership and motivate young people

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check (JLGB can facilitate)
• Full UK driving license required for expedition work

Pay

A typical 2 day Bronze expedition rate whilst camping starts from £185 and increases, depending on your level of experience and your role, up to £310 for qualified persons acting as an expedition lead.

Schedule

The chosen candidates will be hard-working, enthusiastic and reliable. You can choose to do work in schools or on expeditions or both. Work is available most week days and Sundays between now and August.
