School Age Lead Teacher

Main Job Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.

Qualifications

• Higher education in ECE or Elementary Ed.
• At least 23 years old.
• Willingness to drive school van.

Pay

$19 - $20/hr. based on education and experience
