School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor – Before & After School

LOCATION: East Coldenham Elementary School in Newburgh, NY
PAY: $16.50 per hour
SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar
Morning Program: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Afternoon Program: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt

Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with children and families
- Ensures the program adheres to Healthy Kids Programs' model
- Supports teachers in preparing for and managing the program
- Ensures the site is fully staffed and in compliance with ratios and records
- Manages inventory and restocks supplies as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
