School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor – After School
About the role
Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Fort Montgomery Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. Part-time, non-exempt position paying $16.50 per hour and following the school calendar with afternoon hours from 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm.

What Success Looks Like
- Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Programs’ model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
- Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
- Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
- Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day
