School-Age Childcare Site Director – After School
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have location, pay, schedule, job status, description, key success characteristics, featured benefit, who thrives, responsibilities, requirements, additional education and experience, qualifications, part-time benefits, about healthy kids programs. We need to map to sections.
We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting states them. Yes: PAY: $18.00 per hour; SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar Afternoon Program: 2:15 - 5:30 pm. So include Pay and Schedule sections.
Benefits: there is Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare, plus Part-time Benefits list. So Benefits section.
Responsibilities: there is Position Responsibilities list.
Requirements: there is Requirements block (Education and Experience, Additional Education And Experience). So Requirements section.
Qualifications: there is Qualifications block (medical clearance, demeanor, dependable, physical). So Qualifications section.
Skills: maybe not explicit; we have key success characteristics (loves working with children, energy, kindness, patience, encouraging curiosity, works well with teammates, communicates effectively, reliable, organized). Those could be considered Skills. We could put them under Skills section. Or we could put them under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include if content exists.
We have content for About the role: description paragraphs about loving kids, mission, etc. Also location? Location could be in About the role or separate? Probably include location in About the role paragraph.
We have content for Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Qualifications (list). Skills (key success characteristics). Benefits (featured benefit + part-time benefits). Pay and Schedule.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details.
We need to format lists with - . For prose use
.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed.
We need to drop boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also navigation, cookie, scam-warning, application instructions. At end there is "Healthy Kids Programs is an equal opportunity employer..." and link to workwithus. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "About Healthy Kids Programs" paragraph maybe not boilerplate? It's about organization; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? It's descriptive of employer; could be considered part of About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; it's not boilerplate. However it's somewhat generic but still about the organization. We'll keep it in About the role.
We need to remove duplicated lines. Not seeing duplicates.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:
About the role
... include location, pay? Actually pay and schedule separate sections. So About the role includes description: location, job status, mission, key success characteristics? But we have Skills separate for key success characteristics. So About the role could include location, job status, description of role, who thrives, featured benefit? But featured benefit goes to Benefits. Who thrives maybe part of About the role? Could be included there. We'll decide.
Better: About the role includes location, job status, summary of role, who thrives, featured benefit? But we have Benefits separate for employer-paid childcare. Who thrives could be part of About the role.
Let's parse:
- LOCATION: John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, NH
- PAY: $18.00 per hour
- SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar Afternoon Program: 2:15 - 5:30 pm
- JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt
- Do you love working with kids? Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at John D. Perkins Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.
- Key Success Characteristics (list)
- Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare (description)

- Requirements (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE etc)
- Additional Education And Experience (list)
- Qualifications (list)
- Part-time Benefits (list)
- About Healthy Kids Programs (description)
- EEO boilerplate (remove)
Thus we can allocate:
About the role: location, job status, introductory paragraph, who thrives, featured benefit? Actually featured benefit is a benefit; but we have Benefits section. Could still mention it there but better to keep in Benefits.
Who thrives could be part of About the role.
Key Success Characteristics -> Skills.
Thus:
About the role: location, job status, introductory paragraph, who thrives list.
Skills: key success characteristics list.
Responsibilities: position responsibilities list.
Requirements: education and experience + additional education and experience (maybe combine into one Requirements section with sublists? We'll just list all items as
- under Requirements.
Qualifications: qualifications list.
Benefits: featured benefit + part-time benefits list.
Pay: pay amount.
Schedule: schedule description.
We must not create empty sections.
Now craft HTML.

Also Featured Benefit already described; we could include that as part of Benefits as well. To avoid duplication, we can incorporate the featured benefit description into Benefits section as a paragraph or list item. The featured benefit is essentially the same as first bullet "Employer-paid childcare...". So we can just keep that bullet; the featured benefit description is more verbose. We should preserve that detail. So we can include a
describing the featured benefit, then a
for the part-time benefits list.
Thus Benefits section: Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
then with the other benefits.

Now About Healthy Kids Programs description: we could include in About the role or maybe as a separate section? Not among headings list; but we could incorporate into About the role as extra paragraph. It's substantive. Let's add a paragraph after who thrives.
