Description LOCATION: Mettawee Community School in West Pawlet, VT HOURS: Monday-Friday, 2:25PM - 5:30PM JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt PAY: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Employer-Paid Childcare Included Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care. About The Role Healthy Kids Programs is hiring an After School Childcare Program Director to support our licensed school-age childcare program in West Pawlet, VT. This role functions as a Site Director–level leadership position within a Vermont DCF licensed school-age childcare and before/after school program setting. You will provide leadership, support site teams, maintain program quality and compliance, and ensure safe, engaging environments for children and families. This role is well suited for someone with experience in education, youth development, camps, recreation, childcare, or school-age programming who enjoys both leadership and direct work with children.
