School-Age Childcare Assistant – Before & After School

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for their Before and After School Program at Monroeville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.
- Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
- Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
- Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
- Required Health Clearance: Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability. Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
