Scheduling Support Analyst - Primavera Expertise
Leidos is seeking a Project Scheduling, Project Controls, and Data Analytics expert to support the FAA Central Service Area (CSA) Planning and Requirements Group (PRG) in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves supporting daily operations and contributing to the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) mission.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau, including resource loading, schedule updates, template management, and schedule integrity validation.
- Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP), including project assignments, organization codes, status updates, project verification, and tracking of CAI/JAI activities.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports using Primavera, Tableau, Excel, and 3D reporting tools to support Project Implementation Teams (PIT), CSA leadership, and executive decision-making.
- Update and analyze project resource allocations and budgeted labor units.
- Assist Project Implementation Managers (PIMs) with baseline and re-baseline schedule management and Corporate Work Plan updates.
- Ensure proper project closeout by verifying required documentation, approvals, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain schedule data integrity to support accurate reporting across scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, earned value management (EVM), estimating, and critical path analysis.
- Apply project controls best practices to identify project risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Present project assessments, findings, and recommendations to PIMs and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 4 to 12 years of experience scheduling projects using an industry-accepted tool, with Primavera required.
- Minimum 4 to 12 years of experience developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules.
- Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with complex, multi-project environments and integrated master schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills for presentations.
- Ability to tactfully coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, peers, and management levels.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of the FAA’s Corporate Work Plan system and associated business platforms or similar project databases.
Pay
Pay Range: $65,650.00 - $118,675.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
