Scheduling Manager - Hermitage, PA

About the role

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers, reporting to our local Operating Director, and assisting in the growth and management of the Hermitage, PA office.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
• Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in home care or healthcare.
• At least one year of recruiting experience.
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Wants to join a growing office and company.

Pay

Annual salary: $45,000
