About the role

The Scheduling Coordinator role is responsible for providing personalized, professional care to our patients. This role assists in the coordination of care by scheduling patients, entering patient information with precision and accuracy, and managing administrative tasks. Scheduling Coordinators build relationships and collaborate with patients and hospital staff to achieve the best possible patient care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 years healthcare or clinical experience preferred
  • Experience with medical terminology or broad knowledge base in medical terminology
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of business machines
  • Keyboard proficiency
