About the role
Responsible for managing the scheduling of personnel within the military context.
Responsibilities
- Experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling programs
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access databases (programming highly desired)
- Completion of PEX Initial User Training Class or ISR Training Class
- Completion of GTIMS (primary) or CTOMS (secondary) Initial User Training Class within the first year of employment
- Experience as an NCOIC of scheduling
- Experience as a RPA Squadron Flight Scheduler or DoD Flying Squadron Flight Scheduler
Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in/with the military
- Two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program
- Five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access databases (programming highly desired)
- Twenty-five percent (25%) of the scheduling workforce having one (1) year of experience
- Clearances: Top Secret/SCI SAP / SAP Network NATO Alternate Compulsory Control Measure (ACCM)
Qualifications
NCOIC of scheduling and either:
- Two (2) years of experience working as a RPA Squadron Flight Scheduler
- Five (5) years of experience working as a DoD Flying Squadron Flight Scheduler
Skills
Proficiency in PEX or similar proprietary scheduling programs, Microsoft Excel, and Access databases (programming highly desired).
