Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling and shop floor control
- Shipbuilding experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and other relevant software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
