About the role
Skillful Steps ABA is a growing, mission-driven ABA company dedicated to providing high-quality services to children and families. Our organization was founded by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and built on a culture of support, collaboration, and meaningful impact. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized team member to help manage scheduling and support our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage daily schedules for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Schedule and adjust client therapy sessions
- Communicate schedule changes with staff and families
- Ensure proper coverage when staff call out or schedules change
- Track staff availability and maintain scheduling records
- Aid with general office administration
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support the clinical and administrative team with operational tasks
Requirements
- Prior scheduling experience required (medical, healthcare, therapy, or service scheduling preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal team communication)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare scheduling
- Experience using CentralReach or similar scheduling software
- Administrative or office coordinator experience
