About the role
We are seeking a Scheduler to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare, monitor, and amend fully loaded project schedules for Michels Trenchless Inc. operations divisions, ensuring that project goals or objectives are met within the prescribed time parameters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and amend fully loaded project schedules for Michels Trenchless Inc. operations divisions
- Ensure project goals or objectives are met within prescribed time parameters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable
- Use scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to maintain project visibility and alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, 5-7 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry, or equivalent combination
- Experience with Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) or Earned Value Professional (EVP) Certifications – Desired
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification – Desired
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record

Pay
The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $130,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate project needs.
