Scheduler, CNA Supervisor
About the role
We are currently searching for a Scheduler, CNA Supervisor to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Joliet. Responsibilities
- Schedule employees to meet our resident’s needs
- Maintain a master schedule
- Secure coverage for open shifts when needed
- Ensure our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs
- Provide general supervision of CNA’s
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Provide education to CNA’s as needed
- Perform Activities of Daily Living
- Observe changes in condition
- Ensure a safe environment
- Maintain education
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A certified nurse aide in the state of Illinois in good standing
- Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but not required
Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
