About the role
The Scheduler 2 supports the planning and scheduling efforts for projects and portfolios. They assist project teams in schedule development, advise on best practices, and manage project plans up to 100M in magnitude.
Responsibilities
- Set up, organize, and develop schedules for individual projects up to 100M in magnitude.
- Aid project teams in schedule development.
- Advise project teams on best practices and planning excellence.
- Support Pre-Construction and project pursuit efforts with project planning and proposal schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of typical construction means and methods.
- Review schedule updates performed by project teams.
- Ensure adherence to Manhattan’s Guiding Principles and exhibit the Way We Work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- May substitute required education degree with related industry experience on a one-to-one basis.
- 6 years of industry experience.

Pay
Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with occasional travel within the metropolitan area and occasionally domestically (requires a valid driver's license).
