About the role
Schedule cold storage warehouse orders for food products.
Responsibilities
- Schedule daily orders for warehouse
- Verify accuracy of all scheduled orders
- Communicate special requests made by carriers to the operations team
- Report order scheduling issues to customer service
Requirements
- 1 year warehouse, manufacturing or transportation environment experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
- Basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
