Material Schedule Planner / Shipping Coordinator Moline, IL $24.00 - $26.00 per hour 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 100% Onsite Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build your career in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing? We are seeking a Material Schedule Planner / Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations and material tracking within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing support experience who enjoy problem-solving, coordinating multiple priorities, and working closely with shop floor teams. What You'll Do Create, coordinate, and track outbound shipments using SAP.Support shipping activities for completed goods and service parts.Serve as a key point of contact for shop floor shipping and material-related issues.Monitor parts status, estimated completion dates, and shipment schedules.Provide shipment tracking information and status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate shipping and scheduling records.Communicate effectively with production teams, planners, and other departments.Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel to support daily operations. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, manufacturing support, inventory control, scheduling, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.Previous experience supporting shipping, logistics, or supply chain functions.Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
