Scenic Production Management
About the role
KadaN Productions is seeking an experienced Scenic Production Manager to lead custom scenic fabrication and live event builds from concept to completion. This is a full-time on-site role based in Secaucus, NJ with on-site activations in NYC and the possibility to travel with projects to other major cities nationwide. The role bridges the gap between client concepts and technical execution—overseeing detailed cost estimating, contract agreements, shop production across carpentry, metalworking, and fast-paced load-ins. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in scenic construction, proficiency in technical drawings and budget tracking, and the hands-on leadership required to manage shop craftsmen and venue installation crews under tight event deadlines.
