SCCM Architect with Ivanti Location- Dallas TX

About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect, you will design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions with deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and/or Ivanti Endpoint Manager. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, patching, automation, and security compliance across large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM/MECM and/or Ivanti Endpoint Manager infrastructure
• Manage OS deployment (OSD), imaging, and device provisioning
• Administer client health, agent deployment, and lifecycle management
• Plan and execute monthly patching cycles (Microsoft & third-party apps)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise patching SLAs
• Integrate with vulnerability tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.)
• Package applications using MSI, App-V, PSADT, Intune Win32
• Deploy applications via SCCM/Ivanti with minimal user disruption
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure success rates
• Develop automation solutions using:
  • PowerShell (advanced)
  • VBScript / Batch (legacy support)
• Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, and remediation workflows
• Resolve escalations, incidents, or non-conformances in adherence to quality, process, and SLA norms
• Perform value-addition activities such as training and mentoring juniors and providing new initiatives for process and service improvements
• Update oneself with the latest knowledge and skills pertaining to the domain
• Complete deliverables of assigned tasks or responsibilities in agreed timelines
• Facilitate projects in process piloting or tailoring through systematic definition, upgradation, or maintenance of processes and regular quality audit checks
• Identify gaps in existing processes and ensure strict compliance to agreed process norms
