Scanning Technician

About the role

Candidates will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents. Viewing sensitive content is a daily part of this position. Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Traveling between multiple office locations within the assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents.
• Viewing sensitive content as part of the daily responsibilities.
• Handling secure documents as part of the job.
• Reimbursed for mileage for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base ($0.70/mile one way).
• Experience working on a large-scale scanning and documentation project.
• Practice in quality assurance and control.
• Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format is a plus.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
• Manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Smartphone for communications with the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
