About the role
This position will work in Jonesville, Marksville, Vidalia and Alexandria. You will need reliable transportation. You will be prepping and scanning files. Any office or organizational experience is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple office locations within the assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents
- Prep and scan physical files
- View sensitive content as a daily part of this position
- Travel based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, following the workload accordingly
Requirements
- Reliable transportation required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role
- Any office or organizational experience is helpful
Pay
$18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Schedule
This is a Contract position based out of Jonesville, LA. This is a fully onsite position.
Scanning/Doc Preppers will be reimbursed for any mileage that is over 1 hour or 50 miles away in the region they support.
This position is anticipated to close on Aug 6, 2026.
