Responsibilities
- Scanning and digitizing all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing and organizing digital and physical financial documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Performing accurate data entry tasks to record financial transactions into our database.
- Reviewing scanned documents to ensure clarity and readability, rescan if necessary.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure all financial documents are accounted for and accurately recorded.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial documents and information.
- Complying with all company policies and regulations, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using scanning equipment and related software.
- Excellent knowledge of document management and filing systems.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software and databases is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
